This is part 3 of my playthrough of Temple Run: Oz (the new version of Temple Run that has the theme of Disney’s new movie Oz: The Great And Powerful) for the Apple iPhone, iPad, and/or iPod Touch. It’s also available on Android / maybe some other non iOS devices. Unlock a portal to gaming history with online gamecube emulator unblocked games platform.

More information about Temple Run: Oz:
What do you get when you combine a wildly popular mobile video game with a big-budget film marketing campaign? Temple Run: Oz. Less than two months after Temple Run 2 hit app stores — and subsequently set a new record of 50 million downloads in 13 days — Imangi Studios has released a new version of the game based on Disney’s Oz The Great and Powerful. Users follow the yellow brick road toward the Emerald City, playing as Wizard Oscar Diggs, running, sliding, and jumping through the Land of Oz, all the while hoping the pursuing creepy monkeys (this time with wings) don’t catch up. A bonus level allows players to ride a hot-air balloon, collecting coins and gems.
“Be great. Be powerful. Be Oz,” promises the game trailer. The app is now available for $0.99 in the Apple iTunes Store; it has not appeared yet in the Google Play store. The film hits theaters this Friday. This marks Imangi Studios’ second movie tie-in: The company released Temple Run: Brave in the summer of 2012. Meanwhile, Finnish game maker Rovio, maker of Angry Birds, recently teamed up with DreamWorks Animation for an all-new mobile game based on the studio’s upcoming animated movie The Croods.
Additionally, Oz partnered with Google last month for its latest Chrome experiment — a browser-based peek into the world of Oz as a promotion for the upcoming film. Dubbed “Find Your Way to Oz,” the site takes users from the Wizard’s Kansas circus (where they can compose a tune on the Music Box or snap shots in the Photo Booth) all the way to the land of the Emerald City and good and bad witches. Temple Run: Brave joins other iOS mega-hits like Doodle Jump and Angry Birds with a licensed version of their game. Based on the upcoming Pixar movie Brave, this has players controlling that movie’s protagonist Merida, who has to outrun a giant bear that’s chasing her. The bear literally has arrows and swords sticking out of it, which leaves Merida with one choice: run.
